an old customer on Gaia told me her friend would be interested in commissioning me. she was the one for whom i drew a 40k fullbody back in February.
i think he would freak out when he finds out how much i charge atm but yeah i painted his avi anyway since it looks like fun.

Uni art classes are intense.

The teachers want us to become godzillas instead of bambis.

everything is scary in the beginning but later on you find out your the real baws

i was aware of this since i was 13 or even younger. i wasnt allowed to get on the internet until i was 11 because of the things that have happened to these clueless people.
i mean come on. if you're old enough to go to college, you're old enough to think about how vile this world is. freedom is not free. abuse it and you'll have to pay.

i forever fail at perspective

a very rough sketch of where my oc lives. its a workshop-house so its full of mechanical junk even though hes pretty organized himself. it looks spacious but it is not, especially when he brings in some really big machines, or having multiple things to fix at one time.

got a cheap new scanner last weekend. it makes everything look pointilistic haha.

this game gave me massive stamina boost im telling you.

need to get used to all the combos and im good to move on. the next boss shouldnt be that hard once i find a strategy that works. i was close to finishing him.

Anatomy for the Artist

So I got my first anatomy book today.

I bought a used one for $21.99, but it is still in excellent condition and bigger than I imagined. Lots of useful references and description. Definitely a good buy.
I guess I can handle a few pages a day.

im outdated, but

i rly should learn to draw monsters now, this is too epic for words.

tried DMC3 and thought i should get something easier lol

i want a PC version of DMC 4 for my bday. its currently cheap on Amazon. if i wait til Christmas, the best deal will be gone (unless they restock it).
but if i get it, i wont be able to study. and its my first year in uni.

wtc why does my oc look like every well-known character ive never seen before. and this character is German, while my oc is German-British.
if i make someone like me then it will be more original, but then it could be considered narcissitic.

i just changed my avi and watched Battle L.A.
i strongly recommend the Chalk brush. very useful for laying down basic concepts and colors. have to do it quick thou.

watched Limitless last night. it was pretty cool.
so now whenever someone of high profile screws up, im just gonna say, "Blerp, he/she ran out of pills." totally understand you bros.
